We offer both online and instructor-led education courses, seminars and training workshops to Federal, State and Local Governments and Corporate clients. Our services are designed to help people improve the basic human skills essential to organizational success.

 

Our mission is to provide value-added, cost specific training and process improvement consulting services to enable organizations to effectively manage change and maximize human capital potential.

Professional Development Training

B & A designs and delivers online and instructor-led workshops and seminars that develop and enhance foundational skills of an organization's human resources. We design and conduct specialized training that focuses on core technical skills and soft skills. At the end of training, individuals are equipped with the necessary skills to effectively perform their job.

 

Collaborative Group Facilitation

The B & A “collaborative engagement” process that takes your team from square-one to square-done. We help our clients to outline work processes, reach consensus on key decisions, brainstorm for solutions, and guide group meetings that must produce an end-result. Our facilitated collaborative meeting service is focused on organizational strengths, stakeholder participation and delivering actionable plans in areas like: Strategic & Tactical Planning, Process Redesign, Team Building, Project Kick-Off and Focus Groups/Issue Forums/Consensus Building.

 

Conflict Resolution/Mediation/Arbitration

Services include: management and staff training in conflict management and various forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR); consulting services in design and implementation of workplace conflict management systems/processes. As neutrals, we can assist and serve all parties in disputes. Our services include mediating conflicts both pre and post litigation. As providers of mediation training, we offer programs for in-house mediators, ombudsmen, human resource personnel, management, supervisors and others whose work involves resolving conflict. We also offer arbitration and mediation services for business, civil, commercial, construction, employment and workplace disputes. We facilitate win–win outcomes and use flexible processes to achieve these results.

 

Organizational Development & Business Process

B & A conducts focused strategic assessments that uncover inefficiencies and waste    to highlight-hidden opportunities within the organization as a whole. Our assessments are conducted with one or all of the following focus areas: operations, personnel, and strategic vision. We utilize a combination of methods to gather information: historical review, observation, process flow charts, interactive workshops, group discussion, and one-on-one interviews. At the completion of process assessment, organizations receive a comprehensive report that includes key findings, critical success factors, and next steps.
